The site exists to share worship service information, sermons, ministry news, and pastoral care resources with our congregation and the wider community. Content is provided for informational and spiritual purposes and is not legal, medical, financial, or counseling advice.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
• Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
• Ministry roles and administrative access are assigned by church leadership only.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used in violation of these terms.

You agree not to use the site to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with the church.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the operation or security of the site.
• Send spam, solicitations, or unauthorized advertising through any form or feature.

Prayer requests, messages, testimonies, and other submissions remain yours. By submitting them, you grant the church permission to read, store, and respond to them for ministry purposes. We do not publish prayer requests, giving amounts, or personal contact details publicly unless you have explicitly asked us to. Anonymous submissions are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Contributions submitted through the site are voluntary gifts to the church and are generally non-refundable. Card processing is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; the church does not store full payment card numbers. If a gift was made in error, contact the church office and we will work with you in good faith. Contribution statements are issued according to church recordkeeping practice and applicable tax rules.

Sermons, recordings, photographs, graphics, the church seal, and site text are the property of Hallelujah Baptist Church or its licensors. You may view, print, and share this material for personal, non-commercial, and congregational use with attribution. Commercial use, resale, or republication requires written permission from the church office.

The site embeds or links to outside services such as video hosting and mapping providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you interact with them.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Service times, events, and schedules may change; when accuracy matters, please confirm with the church office. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the church is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms as our ministries and technology change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
